Mass is a fast-paced turn-based strategy/puzzle game about accumulating effects of small decisions to direct a black cellular mass to expand, attack, or run from numerous enemies.

I really like where this is going, but I don't quite get it.

Feedback: might be nice to add WASD controls, or some indication of what the controls are into the build. The instructions on the start page are not very clear to me, until a few minutes of experimentation and restarting I got what it meant.

Once the gameplay starts it feels quite fun! But after a while it feels a bit like a solved game such as tic tac toe, because it seems that I can wander in any direction without losing much mass. And when playing it I wasn't sure what the strategy was, so I felt like I was making random decisions.

Still though, great job!

What a neat little project! The visuals were so crisp and smooth. The animations were very fluid! I really wanted to be able to zoom out more and see my whole blob, but loved the concept.

Thanks a lot! There is actually zoom implemented, but it fell victim to last minute code changes -- for some reason at least on my laptop the game plays in a double size window, but not a double size resolution, and I ended up changing zoom to work only in those specific circumstances without realizing that in other browsers it might look different. Hopefully I can figure it all out later
